HOW DO I CARE FOR MY EARRINGS?

Your earrings hooks, rings and Druzy posts can be cleaned with a polishing cloth but avoid contact with the wood, leather, acrylic and Druzy itself. The earring settings can tarnish easily and that naturally occurs to metal, especially from the oils from your skin and exposure to water. Use a polishing cloth to clean the metals but avoid contact with the wood, leather, acrylic and druzy itself.

Using essential oils on your leather jewelry is discouraged upon. Depending on the leather, the oils can discolor it and cannot be removed.

To keep your B&B Design Girls earrings in great condition it is best to hang them up or lay them flat for storage. Store your leather, wood, acrylic and druzy earrings outside of the bathroom and keep it clear from any water, makeup or hair products. Please remove before bathing, water activities, and it is best not to sleep in them. Your B&B earrings should be the last thing you put on after getting ready for your day.

If a leather earring gets bent, it can be flattened with a barely warm iron by covering the earring with a cloth or towel and lightly steaming the leather part of the earring (avoiding the hooks) to flatten it.

We choose our Genuine Leather from exceptional leather manufacturers located in the USA and globally. Our earring shapes are machine cut for precision and hand-trimmed and created especially for you. You will find that our earrings are extremely lightweight. Our earring hooks and posts are nickel free and lead free.

SIZING:

Earring sizing:
Our earrings are measured in length from the top of the earring to the bottom, not including the hook/post. Earrings usually range in size from 1.5”, 2”, 2.5” and 3”. Our most popular size is the 2”. Because our earrings are so light-weight, any size will be extremely comfortable!

Druzy sizing:

The Druzy Stud Earrings come in three different sizes. 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING:

Once an order is processed, it will normally take 7-10 days for an order to be cut, made and then shipped to you. Our earrings are made to order, so every order is personalized and special care is taken to make it just right for you!

RETURNS OR LOST EARRINGS:

We want to make sure you are happy with your order! If for some reason, your earring order is not right, let us know within 3 days of receiving the earrings.

YOU LOST AN EARRING?

First, we always recommend that you wear the plastic backs that we sell with the earrings. Since the earrings are so light, they can come out of your ears without you even noticing! If you have lost an earring, and we still have the matching leather in stock, we will make you a new one! You will need to cover the $3.50 in shipping.
